Amount of living space (actual square
footage)
Lot size (actual square footage)
Garage size (attached or detached)
Number of fireplaces
Year built
Improvements (hot tub, sports court, pool)
Additional comparative information may include upgrades
to the home, whether the kitchen or bathrooms are newer
or older, the age of the roof and heating and cooling
systems, etc.
